SadaNam is a wonderful, warm, welcoming instructor. The class is relaxing and just what I need to recharge. I love the music - guitar, chimes, gong and the wisdom SadaNam shares. The hot tea at the end of class is such a nice extra touch. I love it!

The yoga instructor (Charlie) led a good class. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the deep stretch class but it was just what I needed. I have not slept as soundly as I did that night in a long time. The only complaint I have is the class price discrepancy between what Mind/Body app listed ($12) and the price quieted at the studio when I went to pay ($16). It’s not a big deal; I actually wish I could’ve just paid on the app because I felt bad the instructor was the one who had to collect. Still, I plan to be back.
