Simply Stretching class with Troy is my weekly go to. Troy makes the class different each time, mixes it up and each body part is stretched and rejuvenated. Not many people know about this class and it truly is for everyone. Its fun, fluid and I definitely feel it when I miss a week. Troy is an excellent, patient teacher. The energy in the class is always positive and upbeat.
Everything was well done! Everything was clean and I felt completely safe and I would definitely come back if I wasn't visiting from so far away!
The facility was clean and I felt safe, also Nicky was a wonderful instructor and kept class on track without us feeling pressured to rush at all.
I had a wonderful class. The teacher was incredible I loved every second of it.
