Was a wonderful experience! Only thing I believe would've enhanced this experience to a full 10/10 would be to provide a short window of time for new guests to connect with the instructor or front desk for more information on the practices, studio itself, and build community. (The instructor cut our convo mid sentence due to another class, and there was no one at the front desk to help answer questions after the class was over). Ultimately it was a great experience.
Bella was an amazing Silks teacher and the only one in the local community who empowers me to learn more and BE more.
