There is a wide variety of classes and different teachers. After trying many, Troy, Niki, and Claudia are my favorite, but there is someone for everyone. As a beginner, I have learned a lot and I'm enjoying less stress and more flexibility in my life and in my body.

I love all of the instructors and the variety of classes. Niki is a gem, and I’m really enjoying Claudia’s warm vinyasa class on Monday evenings. Maria helps me calm my mind and find release with her breathing techniques. It’s such a special place...how lucky for me that I live only 5 minutes away!
