• I've been an athlete my entire life and fitness has always been something very important to me - it's part of my identity. I've been to 1000 different training facilities but Elevate, by far, has the most knowledgeable and engaging staff there. Each trainer (Nick, Kev, and Johnny) possess intricate knowledge both in the general areas of kinesiology and their own specific disciplines/studies. There is no training facility better than Elevate in Rochester. I learn and grow from being around them, even if I am not specifically training with them. That institution is a treasure trove of knowledge, positivity, and impeccable work ethic.
