  • Instructor was great, very motivating and I loved when she turned the lights off so you didn't have to worry about comparing yourself to others, just competing with yourself. The facilities were clean and loved the aesthetic. It's a different type of workout that is nice to mix up your routine. Great sweat in 30 mins
