I absolutely loved Barbara's vinyasa yoga session! She had such a friendly voice and Barbara gave insight on each intentional movement on how it targets each muscle/joint. I enjoyed how she led the class into challenging us to move deeper into a pose and gave clear direction on how to elevate our workout. I felt comfortable enough to take a break when needed and loved the music choice! I came out of the session feeling empowered in my body, proud of myself, and more knowledgable! It is instructors like this that make people want to come back.
