The facility is clean and open. Everyone is friendly. The purpose seems to be to help people get into yoga & fitness in a kind welcoming manner.

I believe the yoga instructor did a fabulous job guiding the class through each exercise. There were new yogi's attending this session and the Instructor made an extra effort to assist the practitioner transition properly and safely during class. I frequently observe that with all Yogacharyas and even encounter the same experience when I attend class. That really boosts my desire to improve my practice and builds a great relationship with instructors.
Because Suny is awesome and Angela is awesome and people there are a pleasure to be around.
