Jana prepares her classes so well. Her energy is always contagious, and her classes are so well thought out.
Elev8 has great instructors who care about their members and the classes are excellent!
Great workout and each time I go there is just enough variety to keep me interested and routine enough I can always follow. I don't go as often as I would likebut each time the staff makes me feel like I've never missed a day.
