The instructors are amazing!
Linda is an amazing instructor. She is a total badass and I appreciate and thoroughly enjoy her style of class. I LOVE that she doesn't allow in's and out's during class; it's really distracting when other instructors let people constantly go in and out during class refilling water bottles etc. She is strong and to the point. I appreciate that she takes my workout time seriously and implements rules like no ins and outs. Just about respect. Love her!
