Excellent staff and facilities! I was a new student and felt very welcomed. Also, the teachers were great at instructing, leading and taking the time to showmyself and other students how to properly transition and hold poses.
Instructors----coziness of the place--- Variety of classes and the support you get from the staff.

So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed the classes, they are both relaxing and challenging and the instructors seem incredibly knowledgeable. I like the overall look of the vicinity and bathrooms. And the ice towel at the end of class is nice touch! I feel like this studio will greatly improve my yoga practice and I am thankful for coming across them!
Suny is amazing! Love all her classes... Especially Hatha!
