Wonderful owner and instructors. Wish the Barre class was slightly bigger when classes get really full but other than that great place to workout!

Outstanding instructor, the room was hot which I love, and the instructor had a workout style infused with yoga and offered many options for arm balances,handstands, etc
When you are here all the instructors and staff make you feel welcome and at home. Place always feels upbeat.
