Outstanding instructor, the room was hot which I love, and the instructor had a workout style infused with yoga and offered many options for arm balances,handstands, etc
When you are here all the instructors and staff make you feel welcome and at home. Place always feels upbeat.

I took two completely new classes for me: Barre & Hot Pilates, both were challenging enough for me to stay motivated to return for more fun! The instructors were also knowledgeable and motivating, I could tell this isn’t just gigs for them, but passions of them instead, I love this!
The service is simply amazing! I feel welcomed and right at home!
