Instructor always has new sequences, never repeats a Pilates course identical to her previous class.....in my experience
Elev8 is the best hot yoga in town, in my opinion! Their schedule is manageable, the array of class options are superb and the teachers there are top notch! It's always a blast and the yoga community at Elev8 genuinely feels welcoming. I only wish I could attend everyday!

Class wasn't overpacked but mainly because the instructor was really good.
The teachers and classes are top notch
All the instructors are wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, and welcoming to all levels of yogis. The facilities are spotlessly clean, including the showers. The variety of classes at a variety of times is a definite plus for my schedule. I also like that there is a variety of ages and body types in the classes. Elev8 Yoga is an easy studio to quickly become a part of the Elev8 "yogi family."
