Great instructor. Great schedule and the facility is clean, warm (hot) and welcoming. In a world where there is so much disconnection it feels nice to hear someone say "hello Kimberly". No one says anyone's names anymore.
Best studio ever
Monica taught a wonderfully challenging class. She was clear in her instructions and the flow was fun. I was able to check out and allow her words to take over. Thank you!!
