Always very clear about what poses to do. Never feel uncomfortable even if I'm late to class and all over the place 😂 I just feel at ease and never pressured!
Suny is amazing. I got a great work out. She manages to motivate and run an organized, challenging and well balanced class . The other instructors so far have been pretty good ....But Suny is incredible at what she does!
