Love the place and trainer.
The instructor was very friendly and kept watch over me during class to make sure I was following along and understanding what to do. She also helped adjust my straps which I was clueless with. The studio was clean and welcoming. I also enjoyed the playlist during class and how the lighting wasn’t too bright and unflattering
