Seriously the most welcoming staff/atmosphere… and Gretchen’s YIN class is a treat you deserve to give yourself!
I loved the yoga instructor, the atmosphere, the class participants were very friendly.
I forgot my yoga mat, it was super easy to rent one, the class was super challenging, the instructor was awesome and made sure I had correct form. This was my first class back after the closure and it was all so smooth.
