Class was challenging and it was a great experience
It's a no compete zone. No performance anxiety. Atmosphere is calm. Teacher is calmly instructing every move. I'm not so familiar with yoga poses and stretches but found it fairly easy while listening to her instructions and her suggested modifications. The studio is very clean and visually appealing. I find it friendly. I just started this week and am feeling disappointed I will miss the next week of practice because I will be out of town. Looking forward to returning.
