This was my first try at hot yoga. I was a bit intimidated however the instructor made it so comfortable. I feel friends would have a great experience at this studio!!
It doesn't matter the instructor I always learn something new in class. Repeat instructors work hard to push you in the ways you need to grow. It's an extremely dedicated friendly clientele. Really enjoy waking up in the morning to get after it.
