Great and encouraging instructors! The instructor helped with difficult poses and her voice carried throughout and was easy to follow. The movements worked every part of my body and I felt refreshed and energized.
It's relaxing, the teachers are amazing and I really enjoy how I can push myself while also feeling good within the class! The overall experience is great and I left feeling amazing.
