It doesn't matter the instructor I always learn something new in class. Repeat instructors work hard to push you in the ways you need to grow. It's an extremely dedicated friendly clientele. Really enjoy waking up in the morning to get after it.

I chose Elev8 because I met the owners Angela and Kristine at a yoga retreat years ago in Costa Rica and loved their energy and I thought they were amazing. Although I no longer live in the area, I have friends that do and wanted to treat them to hot yoga to see if it would be something we could do together. I lucked out and had Angela as our Hatha instructor which was bonus. It was a wonderful experience for not only myself but for my friends. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Angela.
