Kent was amazing, I had a great first hot yoga experience with him leading the flow
I have always loved coming here! The rooms are perfectly hot. There is plenty of instruction and we are not pushed to go to the advanced stretches if we aren't ready. We also aren't made to feel bad if we aren't as advanced as others. No matter what class I have taken I always feel welcome.
The staff is very professional and polite, and they all provide a very welcoming and supportive atmosphere to be a part of.
