Instructors are knowledgeable and allow us to go at out pace. Helpful but not pushy. Everyone is very welcoming.
Linda is THE BEST I've ever had and she really communicates well how to do the moves right and where you should feel it. And her classes are chalk full of moves and energy! She's an asset I wish I can take with me back to Texas
