I have been going here for quite a few years now and the staff is always friendly and happy to see you. It is definitely hot yoga ( some days are hotter than others.)
Love it at elevate but sometimes the classes get too crowded. More than 24 is too much. I want to be able to spread out my hands without touching someone next to me or in front of me.
ELEV8 HOT YOGA has an awesome Management Team with knowledgeable instructors and staff; the lobby is very clean and inviting and each class is cleaned after each session that begins and ends on time.
It is an excellent place to learn all aspects and varieties of performing Hot Yoga . . . and an excellent professional environment to learn Hot Yoga in its fullest capacity!!
Good environment. Good and friendly teachers even for beginner like me. Not intimidating at all.
