Linda is great! She (and the soundtrack she plays) reminds me that it’s my personal experience, while part of a group. Maneuvering through postures in ways that suit self on that day in that moment. It’s reassuring. Respecting one’s abilities within a group is rare. It’s not competition but rather a personal practice. I love that.

I love the whole vibe of Elev8, the staff (vibe, flows, and variety) are exceptional, the facility is very clean and stylish, and the floors in the actual yoga rooms are next level!
