Linda is great! She (and the soundtrack she plays) reminds me that it’s my personal experience, while part of a group. Maneuvering through postures in ways that suit self on that day in that moment. It’s reassuring. Respecting one’s abilities within a group is rare. It’s not competition but rather a personal practice. I love that.
