It's a great place from atmosphere to instructors-the vibe is nice!
I had a great class and the instructor was very knowledgeable.
Suny is an incredible yoga instructor and made me feel so comfortable. She is empowering and encourages everyone to listen to their body which I love.

I love how kind and interested the instructors are with our well being and health. Janelle, Linda, Anna Marie and Suny ❤️❤️❤️. Because of them they make working out fun. I love them all.
