• The moment my mom and I walked in, we were acknowledged right away and made to feel very comfortable. Our masseuses and facialist were knowledgeable and very, very mindful in their work. Best massages ever! The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. Also, Dasha is great. A minor mistake was made but she owned up to it and corrected it as seamless as possible. It was very admirable. I will definitely recommend Elements and I will be back!

• I usually to Karen or Alyssa for my Brazilian wax appointments and maintenance. I'm not sure if Karen was in a hurry this time around or thought it was all gone, but she missed a big section of hair along the backside. I didn't realize it until I got home and showered later that evening, and would still come back, but definitely will ask her to go over all areas again since I paid for the full service.
