• I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance, not knowing I would be in as much pain as I was when I arrived. Unfortunately I was having a very bad week and my day was even worse. However as soon as I arrived into Elements of Bodywork I felt a sense of calm. After sharing with David my therapist my problem areas, he shared with me a few areas that could be causing my added stress to my shoulder injury. He worked on my shoulder as well as the tension in my neck and lower back that I was holding onto as well. He also provided me with great tips and at home workouts to complete each day. Even changing up my sleeping habits and including meditation into my daily "me time" routine. I've been coming to Elements of Bodywork for a little over a year now and I absolutely love the environment, service and expertise David shares. Thank you for all you do.
