• The explanation of the amount of pressure, and consistently checking for the appropriate level of pressure to be sure I was receiving the most effective massage. Taking the time to describe what behaviors in my day cause the tension I feel, and providing solutions and suggestions for how to modify those behaviors are lifelong lessons that I would want to continue to receive feedback on-whether or not by body is positively responding
