• My overall experience, from the receptionist (Nicole) to the masseuse (Hilary) was exemplary. The kind, attentive professionalism made me relaxed and confident that my treatment was very important to them. The physical setting was clean, well appointed and conducive to a relaxed visit. I have visited many times and found a high calibre consistency to their treatments and setting that I really enjoy.

• Staff are great. Hilary is my favourite registered therapist. She knows exactly what I need. She respects I want the music louder so I don't hear everyone. Could use a little update on decor and sound proofing.
