It was my first time ever en the instructor was amazing I was made to feel part of group even if I had no idea what I was doing 😉

Matchi was so understanding on my first lesson and very helpful.
Matchi has been very helpful and accomodating. Really enjoying the classes so far! Have already recommended a few others. Would love an 8am or 8.30 class option for during the week as the 7am is often booked out. Otherwise very happy so far
Matchi is great and the studio is lovely.
The class is very good, it makes you sweat and become stronger. The people there are also very nice; including the instructor Matchi, she is very kind and has her best interest always for her clients.
