I have been to so many Dr’s and PT specialist to help with my injuries and I always asks for exercises to help myself get stronger and I always hear “don’t strain yourself, just do yoga”. Felt better after just one practice. Only reason it's not a 10 is I have to constantly make sure I'm doing it right without someone else being there and instructing me. But my sciatica has calmed down and I feel much looser. Definitely worth the investment. Do you do anything for strengthening knees?Lawrence A.
