I joined Educogym initially to lose weight, but I’ve stayed long term for the quality of the ongoing support and training. The sessions are short, but incredibly effective and completely tailored to your goals and needs. It has transformed my approach to my health and fitness. Cormac, Oisin and the entire team in Naas provide a really supportive environment for people at all stages of fitness, in which you can train safely and effectively and keep pushing yourself. Can’t recommend it enough
