Because I am a 60 year old woman who has never been to a gym in my life and my instructor Cormac made me feel comfortable and put my mind at rest from the minute I walked into his office, and when it came to training part he was really patient and nice , and even when I got it wrong he was so nice and patient and really gave me the confidence to come back tomorrow.
