Very professional service from start to finish. Short and intense workouts work for me - they only last 20 minutes but you can see your progress clearly as the visits go on. Always an instructor there to keep a watchful eye on how you are doing and the app is so easy to use. 2 months later and I am still enthusiastic about going for a workout and THAT'S a first!
