The gym is clean, the number of people exercising at any one time is limited. The machines are cleaned and the trainers are wearing masks. Ger is very helpful and informative. Delighted to be back at the gym!

It has been great to get back to the gym after a long absence, due to the lockdown. I was a bit apprehensive about returning, however my mind was laid to rest once I started. I was provided with expert advice by the team and I have found Joe, the new trainer, very helpful as he ensures that I am completing each exercise correctly.
