After my initial session here today, I needed to drop to Penneys for a new outfit to go home in as the pool of sweat I left in just wasn't a good look. I was put through my paces tenfold and did have to take a moment to just sit in my car afterwards to allow the heartbeat in my brain settle down. BUT it is 20 mins of your day and realistically, it is the BEST 20 mins a day you can invest in for YOU. We always make time for everyone else as it's 'only 20 mins' so why not put yourself into that category and drop along. You won't ever regret investing in yourself! My motivation is back and I'm super excited for the challenge ahead of me.
