I used to think group training could never be as good as the one to one personal training, but with Educogym, the service you get is as good as one to one personal training for the group training fee (cheaper). Staff are very much capable of managing a group of people simultaneously, and they always make sure that I'm using the targeted muscles and they would correct me right away if I was doing something wrong. Thank you very much!
