• Shak after a very brief conversation with my daughter about her positions and my goals developed a session plan that addressed those items. Shak didn't have wasted downtime setting up goals and pushed my daughter with the intensity appropriate for where she is with her current fitness levels, athletic and technical abilities. The facility was very nice, clean and organized
