• I would have given the highest score, but I was disappointed how my gift certificate was handled. I had never heard of a gift certificate expiring. Also, I was surprised that I wasn’t told before my appointment that I would have to pay the difference of the gift certificate and the actual cost of the service. I love Kristen (massage) and think she’s great. She is the reason I will continue to come back.
