Because Lauren is amazing. She is caring and kind and explains everything she is doing, and I feel comfortable asking for adjustments if needed. Prior to Lauren, I wouldn't ask for any modifications and just go with the flow even if I was uncomfortable. This applies to her facials and Pilates sessions.
