• I arrived more than 15mins early to my appointment and instead of waiting in the lobby, front desk staff asked if I wanted to do the whole body vibration. I have the Annual Luxe VIP membership and I have never tried it before. Staff member was kind enough to show me how it works and explain the benefits of it. I was able to better utilize my time instead of just sitting in the lobby.

• I have the luxe membership, so I'm there pretty often. The staff is unfailingly kind and friendly and helpful. There's a great sense of attention to detail. When I go in for my saunas, I look forward to seeing the people behind the front desk.
