• Love the reformer Pilates classes. All the Pilates instructors are excellent and provide clear guidance. I mainly go to Nion’s classes as the times suit me - I really enjoy her classes - she is very positive and encouraging. Her classes are challenging and engaging, which I value. Thank you.
