• Despite it being busy, it was a peaceful environment and easy to switch off. Use of bolsters helped with comfort. If I was going to critique something it would be the hardness of the floor after a time lying on it, however yoga mats are generally thin. I loved the oil applied to forehead and would like to know more about Tibetan sounding bowls. Loved the incense. I have booked another workshop of a different kind at ebb and flow but would. I also like the price. Some places are ridiculously expensive. many thanks
