• Such a lovely team of people. Helpful, kind, patient and not pushy or overkeen. Just gentle and calm which makes you feel at ease and under no pressure to do or buy anything you don't want to. Lovely to see a mix of ages and gender too. Very happy & lucky that Ebb & Flow was my first introduction to yoga ?

• The environment and culture mainly, the yoga classes hit the spot but the culture is harder to master and maintain, well done. If I do have any constructive comment it's that your a victim of your own success. We all say it. The waiting areas are too cramped ...your just too popular...look forward to you expanding 😉
