• I always look forward to my classes: beautiful setting; calming, relaxing, invigorating. Every class leaves me feeling ready to take on whatever the day throws at me. And the team are so helpful, especially after an injury, advising me and showing me alternative poses so I can still get the most out of the class. Thank you!
