Liz did a great job teaching. The class was challenging. The studio is clean and well designed. I like the online sign up interface. Also friendly atmosphere. Very nice that towels were provided and I liked the cool lavender cloth at the end.
I visited yesterday and today and loved both the power class and the yin class! Great teachers, great atmosphere and great yoga! If I lived here, I would be signed up permanently!
