• Everyone at Ebb and Flow is incredibly kind and professional. I first went to Ebb and Flow for a pinched nerve and muscle spasm, and after a few massages I was back to normal! Then I learned about the yoga classes, so decided to try it. The moderate heated yoga is amazing! • I have been going to Ebb & Flow since they first opened. I went because of a Groupon but have been going back for years because of the service and environment they create. Even if just for an eyebrow waxing I still leave feeling rejuvenated from being in that space. It has been a thrill to see them thrive & grow. I highly recommend visiting them!
