• It has made a huge difference in my life, the trainers are awesome especially Kendra and Andrea, I can't always keep up with some of those girls but the trainers don't make me feel bad, they pay attention and help with substitutions. I have lost sizes and inches and almost 30 pounds, and feel great - it has both physical and mental effects for me. Love ESPC❤️
